We are always happy to be able to share accomplishments and creations of our Academy members with you. At the beginning of the year some of our members started a “Composer of the Month Club” in which they discuss a new composer each month. During January members discussed and studied Spanish composer Isaac Albéniz. For the month of February the Composer of the Month Club featured Elizabethan Renaissance composer John Dowland. One of the standout contributions to that thread was the below video from member Narayan Kumar, from Mumbai. Please enjoy this wonderful performance — Narayan did all of the impressive video editing as well as of course the great performance of both guitar parts.
Absolutely stunning
My most sincere congratulations, Narayan
Armando
Oh Narayan! That was fantastic! Beautiful self duet! So very Tatiana of you! I wish I knew how to do this. Great work! And I love Dowland. I noticed a capo. Was there can F# tuning?
Thanks so much Jane. Need to become prettier like her though ;) No there was no F# tuning, just the regular thing.
Wonderful, enjoyable! Great video production too.
Robert.
This guy is really one cool dude. You can hear more about him too on the next memeber’s podcast.
Congratulations Narayan on getting the spotlight. :-)
Thank you Armando, Robert and Roger for your kind comments. Much appreciate.
Beautifully done!
Cheers!

Loved this Narayan x2!
Beautiful. The video editing was superb.Love this.
Wow very inspiring,I feel very lucky to have you as a friend on CGC
Wow Narayan, that was awesome! For some reason Dowland is one of those composers who’s music takes me back to the time it was written. And the duet is brilliant. Very nice!
Just wonderful! Also inspiring.
